Craig Minko is a partner at the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale East office. He concentrates his practice on state and federal civil litigation matters, including general civil litigation, business/commercial law, employment and labor law, civil rights law, condominium and homeowners’ association law, directors and officers, professional malpractice, and product liability.
Mr. Minko received his undergraduate degree in Management, graduating cum laude, from Binghamton University. He attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, graduating in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, he served as the Executive Editor of Nova Law Review, Volume 34, and was a recipient of the Nova Merit Scholarship. Mr. Minko also received Book Awards for obtaining the Highest Grade in Constitutional Law and Advanced Legal Research.
Mr. Minko was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as one of Florida’s Rising Stars of the legal profession in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Super Lawyers Magazine selects no more than 2.5% of licensed attorneys in the State of Florida as Rising Stars, based on peer nomination, professional achievements, independent research by Super Lawyers, and peer evaluation by practice area.
