Wyatt C. Weisenberg is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. He practices in the area of general civil litigation.
Mr. Weisenberg received his law degree from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2020 with a certificate in Cyber, Privacy, and Data Security. While in law school, he was Senior Editor of the Dickinson Law Review and a Research Assistant for Professor Anne Toomey McKenna. As a research assistant, Mr. Weisenberg worked on various publications, including case law updates in the legal treatises such as "Wiretapping and Eavesdropping: Surveillance in the Internet Age" (Summer 2019 Update), and "Jones on Evidence: Civil & Criminal" (Apr. 2019 update). Prior to law school, Mr. Weisenberg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the New College of Florida.
