Overview
William Kirilloff is a partner in Cole, Scott & Kissane P.A.’s Tampa office. Mr. Kirilloff’s practice areas include catastrophic and personal injury, marine/admiralty, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, fraud litigation, professional and legal malpractice, premises liability, SIU insurance fraud, and Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”). He has litigated in jurisdictions throughout Florida for multiple insurance carriers and small businesses. Additionally, he has worked with small businesses in drafting commercial documents and advised them in other commercial matters.
Mr. Kirilloff earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law where he earned numerous honors including the Book Award in Business Development. Mr. Kirilloff also was a winner of the National Law Review writing competition, which published his article The Florida Environmental Approach: Water Management. Mr. Kirilloff earned his Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Auburn University. Prior to his legal career, William owned and operated companies that provided horticultural and agricultural consultation, landscape design, landscape construction, and agricultural brokering services.
