Overview
Sanaz Alempour is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office, who focused her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters. Ms. Alempour is a tenacious trial lawyer and zealous advocate for her clients with a broad range of experience in cases involving involving construction litigation—including claims brought against architects and engineers, commercial litigation, professional malpractice—including medical malpractice, condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, directors and officers, Errors and Omissions—including claims brought against insurance brokers and agents, local government, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
Ms. Alempour is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which is an invitation-only national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. She also holds an “AV Preeminent” rating in both Legal Ability & Ethical Standards from Martindale-Hubbell® for the highest level of professional excellence, which is a Peer Review Rating™ held only by approximately 10% of all attorneys nationwide and has been recognized as a top attorney by Best Lawyers in America® in 2026 in the practice area of Construction Law.
Ms. Alempour earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. While attending law school, she received a series of honors and distinctions, including serving as the Lead Articles Editor of Nova Southeastern Law Review.
