Roi S. Koren

Roi S. Koren is an Associate at the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office, where his primary focus is First Party Property Insurance Defense.

Mr. Koren, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate student and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Thereafter, he attended the University of Miami School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2022 and graduating cum laude. For most of his law school career, Mr. Koren was a clerk at a law firm that specialized in First Party Property insurance litigation for the plaintiffs. During his time there, he primarily dealt with pre-litigation matters such as pre-suit settlement demands and civil remedy notices and worked with a variety of companies and individuals who sought payment for property insurance claims. As a result, Mr. Koren received valuable insight as to how both sides of First Party Property insurance litigation operate.
