Robin Pimentel is a Partner in the firm's Miami office. He focuses his practice on business/commercial law, child welfare litigation, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, family law, fraud litigation, general civil litigation, immigration, sex trafficking/human trafficking civil defense, and transactional, regulatory & general counsel services. He brings extensive state and federal litigation experience and is known for his diligence, strategic advocacy, and unwavering commitment to client service.
Mr. Pimentel attended Florida International University in Miami where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2003. He subsequently graduated at the top of his class, earning a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law, before being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006.
Before becoming a partner at Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Pimentel founded his own firm, where his primary areas of practice included criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, and immigration.
