Overview
Eric Castillo, Jr. is a Partner in the firm's Miami office. He practices in the areas of general liability litigation, business litigation and transactions, insurance coverage disputes, criminal defense, family law, immigration matters, real estate law, administrative and regulatory actions, and general legal advocacy. Mr. Castillo has over two decades of consistent courtroom and trial experience in state and federal courts, and successfully managed a litigation-active private practice for fifteen years prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane.
Mr. Castillo attended Georgetown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government, and graduated summa cum laude. In recognition of his academic achievements, he was awarded membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Subsequently, he graduated from Georgetown University Law Center earning a Juris Doctor degree.
