Case Summary
This case arose after a freight broker allegedly failed to pay motor carriers and other entities. The resulting claims amounting to over $1.5 million were made against the surety bond insurer, however, CSK successfully limited its client’s liability to the federally required bond amount of $75,000.

More than 150 transportation companies, factoring companies, financial institutions, and individuals asserted claims involving the available proceeds.
