Dismissal with Prejudice in a Buisness Litigation Case in Orange County

Orlando Administrative Partner Jeffrey Partlow and Associate Jonathan Perry obtained a dismissal with prejudice in a business litigation case in Orange County. Plaintiff filed claims against our clients, an attorney and law firm, for alleged violations of the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) Act, civil conspiracy, slander of title, quiet title, and other statutory violations. Our team’s efforts resulted in a dismissal with prejudice because the claims were barred by Florida’s litigation privilege.
