Overview

David A. Kirsch is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. His practice areas include general civil litigation, medical malpractice, liquor liability defense, nursing home/health care litigation, complex commercial litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, trucking accident defense, hospitality industry defense, premises liability, security negligence, catastrophic personal injury and condominium and homeowners’ law.

Mr. Kirsch graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in History and a minor in Philosophy. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Mr. Kirsch served as Notes Editor of The George Washington University International Law Review and as Chairman of the Student-Faculty Appointments Committee, the faculty hiring board for the law school. He also worked as a research assistant for three law professors and as a law clerk at The George Washington University’s Office of General Counsel, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, and a large Washington, D.C. firm. Additionally, he earned the distinction of George Washington Scholar, a designation awarded to those in the top 1%-15% of the class.

Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Mr. Kirsch as a 2015-2023 Rising Star, which is awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.

Mr. Kirsch is admitted to practice in Florida.
