Overview

David Herrero is a Partner in the Firm’s Miami office.  His practice areas include premises liability, negligent security, auto negligence, and other catastrophic personal injury matters. Over the past several years, his practice has been concentrated on defending high-exposure Premises Liability and Auto Accident cases from the inception of the pre-suit claim through trial. Mr. Herrero is devoted to ensuring that his clients benefit from his many years of experience in handling litigation matters throughout the State of Florida. He’s provided legal representation to companies and individuals ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners, gaining valuable experience in personal injury matters. Throughout his tenure at CSK, Mr. Herrero has secured numerous summary judgments and defense verdicts at trial.

Mr. Herrero received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law as a Dean’s List scholar and trial practice member.

Prior to joining CSK, Mr. Herrero began his legal career at a boutique commercial litigation firm for the first three years of his practice. His practice was dedicated on representing corporate and individual clients in commercial civil litigation before transitioning to Personal Injury Defense litigation at CSK.

Mr. Herrero is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a life-long Miami-Dade resident where his family settled after leaving Cuba in the 1960’s, and a proud member and supporter of the City’s Hispanic and multi-cultural communities.
