Ashley Ahearn is an associate attorney in the firm's Miami office where she devotes most of her practice to a broad spectrum of construction and complex civil litigation matters.
Prior to attending law school, Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami where she was a double major in Economics and Anthropology. She also earned her Masters Degree and Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami with a focus in Copyright and Trademark Law. During her final year of law school she served as a President of Equity Playhouse.
Before becoming an associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Ashley owned her own immigration law firm where she focused on family based petitions as well as investor visas. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2016.
