Wendell J. Powell II

Wendell J. Powell II is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office, where he focuses his practice on employment and labor, general civil litigation, premises liability, and product liability. 

Mr. Powell is a recent graduate of Ave Maria School of Law, where he distinguished himself through leadership, advocacy, and academic involvement. During law school, he was an active member of several organizations, including Moot Court, the Business Law Society, the Black Law Students Association, the Federalist Society, and was a member of the Calusa Inns of Court in Fort Myers, FL.

Mr. Powell brings a high level of preparation, determination, professionalism, and communication to his work with clients. He is committed to providing clear guidance, and delivering efficiency and competency in every matter he handles.
