Overview
Todd Alex Haskel is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office, where he focuses his practice on complex construction litigation throughout Florida. His experience includes representing developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in matters involving construction defects, contractual disputes, water intrusion claims, indemnity issues, and property damage litigation.
Mr. Haskel's practice includes all phases of construction litigation, including matters arising under Chapter 558, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He also has experience litigating building envelope deficiencies, and Florida Building Code issues in connection with condominium developments, commercial construction projects, large scale residential communities, and single-family homes.
Mr. Haskel graduated from the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor's of Science in Journalism, and was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll. While attending Stetson University College of Law, he served as the Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association, and he is actively involved in the Hillsborough County Bar Association as a member of the organization's Community Services Committee.
