Mr. Hampton earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University, and a Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law. Honors and distinctions received while in law school included: Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University School of Law Environmental Law Journal and Chairperson for the Washington University Moot Court.
