Terence Garrity is an Associate at the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office. He concentrates his practice primarily on first party property.
Mr. Garrity earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law graduating in the top ten percent of his class. While attending Nova Mr. Garrity participated in their Children's and Families Clinic, practicing Family and Criminal Law, where he received the Honorable Judge Charles I Kaplan Award demonstrating excellent character. Mr. Garrity also participated in events for Nova's Transactional Law Practice Group. Additionally, Mr. Garrity received a CALI award in his Writing Seminar Class, which is given to the highest scoring student, for his paper on copyright issues with Non-Fungible Tokens.
Mr. Garrity is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida.
