Terence J. Garrity, Jr

Terence Joseph Garrity, Jr. is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office. His practice areas are first party property insurance, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, trucking accident defense, commercial litigation, and premises liability.

Mr. Garrity earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and was an active member of the Children and Families Law Clinic as well as the Transactional Law Practice Group. He earned his Bachelor of Business Management and Organization from the College of Central Florida.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garrity gained several years of experience representing insurers and individual clients spanning matters such as insurance defense litigation, breach of contract actions, premise liability, trucking accident defense, and conducting pre-suit investigations. Mr. Garrity is committed to providing clients with strategic representation and communication.
