Overview
Tabitha Barsimantov is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, where she focuses her practice on general liability matters. Ms. Barsimantov brings a strong academic background and diverse legal experience to the firm. She previously clerked at the Florida International University (FIU) Office of the General Counsel, where she supported procurement matters, and gained transactional experience at a boutique Miami firm handling mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
Ms. Barsimantov earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she was consistently on the Dean's List, served as Co-President of the nationally recognized FIU Law Negotiation and Mediation Team, and was the Executive Managing Editor of the FIU Law Latin American & Caribbean Law Review. She is a recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Contracts and the Pro Bono Excellence Award for completing the highest number of pro bono service hours (640) in the FIU Law Class of 2025.
Ms. Barsimantov also holds a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science with a Pre-Law Certificate from Florida International University, where she was a Bright Futures Scholar.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Barsimantov enjoys cheering on the Florida Panthers, discovering new cooking recipes, running marathons, and taking dance classes.
