Ross R. Carpenter

Ross Robert Carpenter is an Associate in the firm's Miami office and primarily focuses his practice on general civil litigation, premises liability, and vehicle negligence.

Mr. Carpenter received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross. He received his Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law, attending on the Dean's Merit Scholarship.

During law school, he was actively involved in the First Generation Lawyers Association and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Mr. Carpenter also gained valuable experience throughout law school working as a clerk at Cole, Scott & Kissane, where he focused on general civil litigation and even gained exposure to complex wrongful death and dram shop liability cases.
