Overview

Robert Adam Eichelberger is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Myers office. His practice areas are business and commercial litigation, construction law, employment and labor law, general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, negligent security, premises liability, and vehicle negligence.

Mr. Eichelberger earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served for two years on the Ave Maria Law Review, first as an Associate Editor and later as Business Manager on the Editorial Board. He was also selected as a Fellow of the Business Law Institute.

Mr. Eichelberger graduated summa cum laude from Albertus Magnus College with a two degrees in Political Science and Business Management. While there, he competed as a dual-sport collegiate athlete in hockey and golf, earning recognition as a two-time All-American Scholar and the 2021 GNAC Rookie of the Year in golf.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eichelberger spent two years as a Law Clerk with a large, full-service law firm, where he gained substantive experience in construction law and matters involving the construction industry. Working in a sophisticated legal environment provided him with an early foundation in analyzing complex legal issues and addressing the practical considerations that arise in construction and commercial disputes.
