Overview

Robert “Bob” de Flesco is a Partner at the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office. Mr. de Flesco is Board Certified in Construction Law and devotes his practice to an array of construction-related matters, representing developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect, delay, products, and contract claims. He also represents design professionals in professional liability claims and businesses in large-scale civil and commercial litigation.

Throughout his career, Mr. de Flesco has represented hundreds of clients in matters of all sizes, from multi-million dollar construction defect claims on high-rise buildings, to single family home property damage cases. On the injury side, his experience ranges from matters involving traumatic brain injuries to slip-and-falls near worksites.

Mr. de Flesco earned an accounting degree from Boston College. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Tyco International.

Mr. de Flesco graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. After law school, he served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Cecilia M. Altonaga, U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

Since 2023, Mr. de Flesco has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® for Construction Law.
