Robert Chadwell Culpepper is an Associate in the firm's Jacksonville office. His practice areas are business/commercial law, catastrophic and personal injury, commercial and residential properties, fraud litigation, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, security negligence, SIU insurance fraud defense and vehicle negligence.

Mr. Culpepper grew up in Suwanee, GA and graduated from The University of Georgia, where he was a member of the baseball team. Prior to law school, he worked in information technology and was a high school teacher who also coached high school baseball and softball. Mr. Culpepper graduated magna cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Coastal Law Review.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Mr. Culpepper worked at other law firms on a wide range of cases in courts throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Culpepper was also previously an Assistant State Attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted many types of criminal cases, gaining extensive hands‑on experience in all phases of litigation, including motion practice and jury trials.
