Overview

Richard Dean “Treigh” Lippert, III is a Partner in the firm’s Orlando office, representing insureds and carriers in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice includes bad faith and extra-contractual liability, personal injury, federal practice, premises liability, SIU insurance fraud defense, trucking accident defense, and vehicle negligence.

Born and raised in Orlando, Mr. Lippert was previously a named partner in a boutique civil defense firm where he handled and tried cases across Florida. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, where he tried over 50 jury trials. 

Mr. Lippert earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers University in New Jersey before returning to Florida where he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. 

In his spare time Mr. Lippert enjoys spending time with his wife, another lawyer who he first met in law school, and their three children.
