Raquel Alexandria Rosales is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, practicing primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Ms. Rosales practiced immigration law for two years in a boutique firm in Miami, FL, representing immigrants in removal proceedings, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in the U.S. District Court.
Ms. Rosales obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University with a double major in International Relations and Political Science, a minor in Religious Studies, and a certificate in National Security.
Ms. Rosales obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2022. Whilst in law school, she concentrated in litigation and constitutional law. She received the CALI Book Award for Excellence in First Amendment Fundamentalism and served on the executive board of the First Generation Law Association. During law school, she worked as a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.
