Patrick Joseph Roesser is an Associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, where he practices in the areas of business/commercial law, commercial litigation, and environmental law.

Mr. Roesser was born and raised in Key West, FL. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Economics from the University of Florida in December 2020 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2025.

During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Roesser participated in several federal and private-sector internship programs, including positions with the U.S. Department of Commerce, eBay, and the U.S. House of Representatives. He also held leadership roles on the executive boards of the Student Investment Club and the University of Florida chapter of Young Americans for Freedom.

While in law school, Mr. Roesser studied commercial and environmental law. He was part of the inaugural class for the intensive Everglades law program at the school and served as a party delegate for the nation of Micronesia at the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference, in Baku, Azerbaijan. Mr. Roesser received the Dean's Certificate of Achievement award in Climate Finance and a CALI award, recognizing the top student in the class, in Climate Change Law and Policy.

During his legal studies, Mr. Roesser gained experience in litigation while working at a private criminal defense firm in Miami and the State Attorney’s Office in Anchorage, AK.

Mr. Roesser joined Cole, Scott & Kissane upon passing The Florida Bar in 2006.
