Otis L. Sanders III

Otis Lee Sanders III is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office, specializing in construction defect litigation.

Mr. Sanders earned his Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Florida State University.

Before his career in private practice, Mr. Sanders built an extensive public sector background. He served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida and as an Assistant State Attorney in both Broward and Palm Beach counties, where he litigated dozens of trials to verdict. His earlier professional experience includes teaching for Broward County Public Schools.
