Overview
Nolen Brien Hubbard is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. He primarily practices in the area of civil litigation with a focus on wrongful death, negligent security, premises liability, auto negligence.
Mr. Hubbard began his legal education at the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and later transferred to the Florida State University College of Law. After transferring, he was elected President of the Transfer Student Organization and was a member of both the Business Law Society and the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society.
While in law school, he received two Book Awards for his work in the Elder Law Clinic and for earning the highest grade on his upper-level legal writing paper in Aging & the Law. Mr. Hubbard graduated from FSU Law a semester early, in December 2025.
