Nolan Thompson Greene is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office, primarily practicing in the area of commercial litigation, employment litigation, professional liability litigation, director and officer liability litigation, and country club, condominium, and homeowners' association litigation.

Mr. Greene graduated from Southern Connecticut State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy with magna cum laude honors. Thereafter, Mr. Greene attended Western New England University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree and graduated within the top 10% of his class, earning magna cum laude honors.

During his time in law school, Mr. Greene earned several honors and distinctions, including CALI Awards for Excellence for the highest grade in the following courses: Business Organizations, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Appellate Advocacy, UCC Survey, Law & Religion, Cybercrime, and Legal Research & Writing II. Mr. Greene was on the Dean's List every semester, and was invited to join the Western New England Law Review. Mr. Greene served as the Associate Managing Editor of the Law Review, where he had the responsibility of ensuring that articles selected for publication adhered to the Law Review's stringent publication guidelines.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Greene was a judicial intern for the Honorable Sarala V. Nagala of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, and a staff counsel attorney for a prominent insurance company, where Mr. Greene litigated cases involving personal injury and property damage.
