Nicholas Ray Texidor is an Associate in the firm's Miami office and practices in the area of construction defect litigation.
Mr. Texidor attended Warner University in Lake Wales, FL for his undergraduate studies and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communication. During the summers of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Texidor interned at an insurance defense firm in New York where he was exposed to various areas of the legal field.
After graduating from Warner University, Mr. Texidor moved to Tallahassee, FL and attended Florida State University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Texidor was actively involved in the Hispanic Law Students Association in which he became president during his 3rd year and had the distinct honor of hosting Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor for a Q&A, in which she gave valuable legal advice and insight. During the summers of law school, Mr. Texidor worked as a Legal Clerk for an insurance defense firm in New York and then as a Law Clerk for Cole, Scott & Kissane in the summer associate program.
Mr. Texidor was born and raised in The Bronx, NY and is the youngest of six children. While growing up, he was actively involved in martial arts and baseball, starting both sports at the age of three. He is proud to be the first college graduate and attorney in his family.
