Michael Luis Garcia is an Associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. His practice areas are business/commercial law, commercial litigation, federal practice, intellectual property, and general civil litigation.
Mr. Garcia has been practicing law since 2018 and began his career as an Assistant State Attorney, where he gained significant trial experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases on behalf of the State of Florida. Among the serious criminal matters he handled was the prosecution of a defendant charged in connection with a driving-under-the-influence incident that resulted in life-threatening injuries to two individuals and garnered local media attention.
Mr. Garcia later transitioned to civil litigation, focusing on first party property defense at a national multi-practice law firm. He subsequently joined his brother in private practice, where he represented clients in criminal defense matters.
