Michael A. DePinto

Michael A. DePinto is an Associate in the firm’s Jacksonville Office. Since passing The Florida Bar in 2016, he initially focused his practice on first party property litigation defending a leading Florida property insurer. Mr. DePinto has since expanded his practice areas to include construction, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, negligent security, and automobile and trucking negligence.

Mr. DePinto graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH in 2013, with an emphasis on alternative forms of dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.

Before attending law school in his late thirties, Mr. DePinto was in financial sales as a stockbroker and financial planner, mortgage broker, and life, health, and variable annuity sales.

Mr. DePinto is a native of New Jersey, but has been a Floridian since 1999 currently living just outside of Downtown St. Augustine. Outside of his professional endeavors, he can often be found at the local gym, playing pickleball, watching any and all types of sporting events as an avid sports fan, or spending time with his faithful canine, Daisy Mae. For the past 19 years, Mr. DePinto has also dedicated his time to supporting individuals affected by substance use.
