Overview
Lia Nuset Sibrian is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. She is a construction lawyer with over a decade of experience working collaboratively with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and professionals at the Building and Safety Department in design and construction related matters for all phases of construction.
Ms. Sibrian's construction experience began when she worked at the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles (HACLA), one of the largest housing developments of the nation with a citywide portfolio of over 5,000+ units. At HACLA, she helped maintain the affordable housing supply by ensuring construction projects were fully, timely, and safely completed. Over the years, Ms. Sibrian has used her knowledge in technical construction to help several Floridians with capital improvement projects, repairs, contractual disputes, and building code violations.
Ms. Sibrian now assists her clients with navigating any kind of construction or contractual dispute that may arise. She helps ease her clients' stress by keeping them informed of all their legal developments and advises accordingly. She takes pride in helping her clients navigate complex legal issues and loves when she can help them save thousands of dollars in the process.
When Ms. Sibrian is not helping others, you can find her swimming away with her Masters Swim Team at a local YMCA or honing in on her salsa dancing skills. She is also an active member of her church and lives by His word.
