Kiley Christine Smith is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. Her practice areas include general civil litigation, premises liability, and vehicle negligence.
Ms. Smith earned her B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2021. She then graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in 2024. During her time at Barry, Ms. Smith served as a Research Assistant and a Dean's Study Fellow. She also served as the Research & Technical Editor for Barry Law Review and was the recipient of the book award in her trial advocacy class.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Smith served as Counsel for numerous government entities in general civil litigation. She also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Judge Bronwyn C. Miller, in the Florida 3rd District Court of Appeal, and as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender, 9th Judicial Circuit.
