Kiahna Perez is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. She practices in the areas of general civil litigation, personal injury litigation, catastrophic bodily injury, liquor liability defense, security negligence, trucking accident defense, and premises liability.

Ms. Perez received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a minor in Mass Communications, from the University of Florida.

She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating early in December 2024. While in law school, she was a member of the NSU Trial Association and participated in a summer study abroad program at the University of Barcelona, where she studied comparative constitutional law and European Union institutions. Ms. Perez was also named to the Dean’s List during her time at NSU Shepard Broad College of Law.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Perez is heavily involved in Miami-Dade Community Affairs as she was elected the youngest public official on the Midtown Miami Community Development District Board of Supervisors in history, serving from 2020 to 2024. In this role, she contributed to infrastructure planning, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance, gaining valuable experience in governance and public accountability.
