Overview

Kevin Alexander Solari is an Associate at the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. He focuses his practice on a wide variety of state and federal civil litigation matters, including, but not limited to, business and complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, employment and labor law, and premises liability claims.

Mr. Solari earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Central Florida (UCF) and minored in Entrepreneurship. Mr. Solari was awarded the Excellence in Action Award during his tenure at UCF. Thereafter, Mr. Solari received his Juris Doctor from The University of North Carolina School of Law (UNC School of Law) in Chapel Hill, NC. While in law school, Mr. Solari received the Best Advocate Award after competing in the 2023 Kilpatrick Townsend 1L Mock Trial Competition and also became a member of the Broun National Trial Team. Mr. Solari also served as a member of the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology (NC JOLT). As a member of the trial team, Mr. Solari represented the UNC School of Law in the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge for the years 2024 and 2025, where he earned the Outstanding Advocate Award in 2025. Mr. Solari also served as treasurer of the Hispanic/Latino Law Students' Association.

Additionally, in recognition of his exemplary performance, Mr. Solari was awarded the the Jerry L. Wordsworth Fellowship in Entrepreneurship for the academic year 2024-2025 by the UNC School of Law Institute of Innovation for his dedication, profound understanding of the law, and his participation in the Startup NC Law Clinic. In the clinic, Mr. Solari represented startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses from across the broad spectrum of North Carolina’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
