Overview
Kenisha Rajah Morgan is an Associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office, where she handles claims involving medical malpractice, professional malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury, among other areas.
Ms. Morgan earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school, she was active in several student organizations and received the Rising Star Award in 2018 for her numerous achievements, while consistently making the Dean's List for consecutive semesters.
Before joining the Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Morgan worked as an Assistant Public Defender in West Palm Beach, where she handled over three dozen jury and non-jury trials and argued multiple motions.
Ms. Morgan was recognized by The National Black Lawyers as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in Florida for 2026–2027. The invitation-only organization recognizes the nation’s most accomplished and influential African American attorneys for excellence in legal representation, professional achievement, and community leadership.
