Kaysha M. Kapadia is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. She practices in the area of general liability, including vehicle negligence and premises liability.
Ms. Kapadia earned her law degree from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law, where she was actively involved in both student leadership and legal scholarship. Ms. Kapadia served on the executive boards of the First Generation Professionals Society, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and the National Lawyers Guild, and was an editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review.
While in law school, she also had the honor of clerking for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Gainesville Division; and the Honorable Judge Kristine Van Vorst.
