Kathryn E. Alabaugh

Kathryn Elizabeth Alabaugh is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. She practices in the areas of general civil litigation and insurance defense litigation, including premises liability and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Alabaugh earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. During law school, she was on the Barry Law Review, an admission ambassador at the school, and served as a teacher's assistant for evidence. Ms. Alabaugh also served as a Law Clerk for an insurance defense firm and at the State Attorney's office for the 5th Judicial Circuit, and as an intern to the Honorable Judge Ann M. Craggs in the 5th Judicial Circuit.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Alabaugh served as defense counsel for numerous companies in general civil litigation.
