Joshua "Josh" M. Heath is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office, focusing his practice on first party property issues. Mr. Heath earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. 

Prior to entering private practice with Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Heath served as the Director of Law School Admissions at St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, where he played a pivotal role in student recruitment, scholarship strategy, and program development. His  dedication to mentorship and community engagement is highlighted by his continued involvement with Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, the pre-law programs of multiple high schools in the Miami Metropolitan Area, and the national efforts of the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC), where he serves as a frequent panelist for prospective law students across the country.

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Heath currently resides in Miami. Outside of his legal career, he enjoys spending time with his family and walking his yellow Labrador, Landis.
