Jose L. Gomez

Jose “Leo” Leonardo Gomez Vargas is an Associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. His areas of practice are general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), premises liability, product liability, SIU insurance fraud defense, and vehicle negligence

Mr. Gomez works with clients through every stage of the litigation process, including early case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, negotiations, settlement evaluation, and trial preparation. He brings a strategic and client-focused approach to his matters, with an emphasis on efficient case management, through preparation and practical solutions aligned with each client’s personal, business and litigation goals.

Mr. Gomez received his Juris Doctor degree from New England Law Boston and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Florida State University. Mr. Gomez has also served and engaged with the community as a Board Director of the Broward County Bar Association.
