Jephte Sebastian Gauthier is an Associate in the firm's Orlando Office. His practice is focused on personal injury, vehicle negligence, wrongful death, and premises liability claims.
Mr. Gauthier earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in December 2025, graduating cum laude. During law school, he received the 2024 Orange County Bar Association Book Award in recognition of his writing on professionalism. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Gauthier worked for several years as a Paralegal, gaining valuable experience at Cole, Scott & Kissane, as well as at one of the nation’s largest personal injury law firms. His experience working in both plaintiff and defense firms gives him a practical, well-rounded understanding of how cases are litigated, which allows him to provide excellent representation to his clients.
