In 2022, he earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. During his law school tenure, Mr. Hoernig served as an Associate Editor to the National Security Law Journal.
After law school and before joining the firm, Mr. Hoernig served as a judicial law clerk at Florida's 5th and 6th District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
