Jennifer Aleany Olivera is an Associate in the firm's Miami office and practices in the area of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage.
Ms. Olivera was born and raised in Miami, FL. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and earned a certificate in Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values and a certificate in Leadership Studies. Ms. Olivera received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law in May 2025, graduating cum laude. During her time in law school, Ms. Olivera served as an Executive Articles Editor of the FIU Law Review and received Dean's List recognition. While a student, Ms. Olivera completed more than 130 pro bono hours of service to her community.
Ms. Olivera worked for a private personal injury firm as a Legal Assistant for six years, focusing on personal injury protection cases. In 2023, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Norma Lindsey at the 3rd District Court of Appeal. She then worked for a boutique firm focusing on probate litigation. During her last year of law school, Ms. Olivera worked for a private firm focusing on maritime litigation.
