Overview
Jennifer L. Kass is the Administrative Partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Mrs. Kass practices in the areas of general civil litigation including wrongful death, major accident, bad faith claims, and employment.
Mrs. Kass earned her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she graduated fifth in her class earning High Honors. At Florida Coastal School of Law in 1999, Mrs. Kass was the Student Bar President and upon graduation, received an award from the administration for the significant contributions she made to the school in such capacity.
Mrs. Kass completed her undergraduate degree at Florida State University in 1993 where she graduated with a Bachelor in Science in Criminology. Following graduation and prior to attending law school, Mrs. Kass was a certified law enforcement officer for the State of Florida.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mrs. Kass practiced in general insurance defense as well as exclusive representation of employers in labor and employment matters.
