Overview
Jeffrey Thomas Curiale is a Partner in the firm's West Palm Beach office. His main area of practice is commercial litigation.
Mr. Curiale was a prosecutor in Staten Island, NW for over 20 years. His final position was Chief of the Investigations Division, where he oversaw the Economic Crimes and Narcotics Bureaus. During that time, Mr. Curiale was the lead prosecutor on numerous homicide investigations, major financial crimes and also handled civil asset forfeiture matters. He served on New York State task forces focused on deed theft and construction fraud and secured a criminally negligent homicide conviction arising from a fatal construction site accident in Staten Island in 2009.
From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Curiale served as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School in its Criminal Prosecution Clinic. In 2025, he joined the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance's Criminal Investigations Division, where he oversaw investigations into tax crimes throughout New York City.
