Jason Alan Berger is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. He practices in the area of medical malpractice defense, premises liability and general litigation.

Mr. Berger is a passionate member of the Florida legal community, as he was born, raised, and educated in Florida. Mr. Berger attended Florida Atlantic University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Thereafter, he attended Barry University Dwayne O. Andres School of Law on an Academic Merit Scholarship where he received his Juris Doctor in May of 2024. During his time in law school, Mr. Berger gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at a law firm focusing on personal injury, first party property, insurance defense, and business law. He is actively involved in the South Florida community and is an active member of both the Jewish Lawyers Association of Palm Beach and Broward County.
