Janesha Mohorn Beckford is an Associate in the firm's Bonita Spring's Office. She practices in the areas of general civil litigation, premises liability, employment litigation, and country club, condominium and homeowners association matters.
Mrs. Beckford grew up in Broward County, FL and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Creative Writing and Criminology from Florida State University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law and served as a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. Mrs. Beckford currently serves in the role of Treasurer for the Isaac Anderson Jr. Bar Association.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott and Kissane, Mrs. Beckford worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit in the Special Victim's Unit. As an Assistant State Attorney, she participated in over 40 criminal jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.
