Jackson Brady Kiselewski is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, where he practices in the areas of community association law, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, trucking accident defense, and vehicle negligence.

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Kiselewski attended Florida State University, where he earned bachelor's degrees in Economics and Political Science, graduating summa cum laude. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law as an Ethos of Excellence Scholar.

During law school, Mr. Kiselewski served as an Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review and worked as a Research Assistant. As a Research Assistant, he contributed to the research and publication of a book examining the local impacts of hyperscale data centers.
