Guillermo E. Pereira Soto

Guillermo Pereira is an Associate in the Firm’s Miami Office. His practice areas include General Civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract and corporate disputes and business torts in a variety of industries. Before joining CSK,  Mr. Pereira practiced at a leading International Firm in Miami and clerked for the Honorable John Thornton, Jr., then a Circuit Court Judge in the Circuit Court in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Mr. Pereira received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, cum laude. He is also an experienced civil law attorney with a Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras, with the highest academic honors, and a Notary Public Degree from The Honduran Supreme Court. He has an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University, Texas, and an LLM in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University, Sweden.
