Overview
Geoffrey M. Schuessler is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office, where he practices in the areas of bad faith and extra-contractual liability, country club, condominium and homeowners’ association law, first-party property, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, SIU Insurance fraud defense, trucking accident defense, and vehicle negligence.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010, Mr. Schuessler began his legal career in homeowners’ insurance defense in Miami before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane in 2012. During his tenure with the firm, he continued his defense of homeowner's insurance cases, adding specialization in premises liability, catastrophic accident defense, uninsured motorist litigation, condominium association litigation, and ultimately auto glass litigation, where he co-managed the auto glass department of CSK's Tampa office. Mr. Schuessler returned to CSK in the firm's Miami office in 2026.
Mr. Schuessler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Russian Studies at Saint Louis University in 2005.
