Gabriella M. S. Smith

Gabriella "Gabby" Morgan Schreiber Smith is an Associate in the firm's Jacksonville office, where she focuses her practice on first party property defense and insurance defense litigation.

In 2023, Ms. Smith graduated from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the Zimmerman Scholars program and was named to the Dean's List. She also served as president of the Order of Omega Honor Society and held several leadership positions in Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, including Vice President of Marketing and Recruitment and Director of New Member Education.

In 2026, Ms. Smith earned her Juris Doctor from Jacksonville University College of Law. During law school, she served on the College of Law's social media team and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Outside of work, Ms. Smith enjoys spending time with friends and family, boating, going to the beach, and traveling.
